Team Multimedia recommends to always log into Zoom for virtual classrooms with SSO (single sign on), especially if you have several Zoom profiles.

If you have multiple profiles in Zoom (e.g. based on your Ghent University account, a Gmail address, a Facebook profile, ...), it is important that you log in via SSO in all versions of Zoom to avoid technical problems with your virtual classroom.
