Category 5: Master dissertation

Registration as a visiting student to work on your master dissertation in the framework of a partnership agreement of your college or university with UGent.
Required documents
- Completed form registration visiting student
- Completed form agreement master dissertation (only in Dutch: overeenkomst masterproef voor gaststudenten), signed by your promotor of the home institution where you are enrolled as a student (the sending institution), the UGent promotor and by you.
How to register
After registration
The day after registration you will receive your UGent login for your UGent account by email. Some time later you will receive your student card by mail.
Contact your faculty student administration, stating your UGent student number and that you will be working on your master dissertation at the faculty.
Re-registering as a guest student
Send the documents listed under 'Required documents' and a certificate of enrolment from your primary institution to gaststudent@ugent.be
