As announced by the European Commission, institutions are expected to connect to Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) in the course of 2022.

Ghent University is connected to EWP via its in-house system named Oasis for Digital Inter-Institutional Agreements and Online Learning Agreements.

Mobilities in the transitional year 2022/2023

Outgoing students

From June 2022 onwards we started supporting online learning agreements for our outgoing students. Ghent University will configure this functionality at the level of the partner institution and gradually moved from the paper version towards online learning agreements. If you require your incoming students to provide an online learning agreement, please get in touch.

From beginning of 2023 onwards, digital learning agreements are the norm for every newly created learning agreement for outgoing students. If you do not yet support online learning agreements, please get in touch so we can disable this functionality for your institution.

For learning agreements that were signed via PDF/paper, we prefer to avoid duplicate work and not to redo them via Erasmus Without Paper.

Incoming students

From the beginning of 2023 onwards we support online learning agreement for our incoming students. We require incoming students to add a signed learning agreement (signed by students and home university) in PDF to their exchange application at Ghent University. If you do not yet support online learning agreements, please get in touch so we can disable this functionality for your institution.
