Prof. Verbeken and his group take care of several courses in both the bachelor and master education:

• Bachelor of science in chemical engineering and material science (note that this programme is taught in Dutch)
• Master of science in sustainable materials engineering

Prof. Verbeken received the Minerva-award by UGent for his dedication to his teaching assignment.
